Orders are processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed from San Francisco, CA. All shipments within the U.S. are sent by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground unless otherwise instructed. Signature required. Residents of California will 8.75% sales tax on their purchase. 

International shipments will be sent USPS First Class International mail unless other arrangements are made prior to shipping. For buyers interested in Delivery Confirmation/Tracking, USPS Global Express is the only shipping method which includes these services. Shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT or tariffs; these are the responsibility of the customer and are usually collected upon delivery.
